1. Who we are
ThermaForge Partners LLC ("ThermaForge," "we," "us," or "our") is a Tennessee limited liability company operating at thermaforgepartners.com. We provide fractional operating-partner services to HVAC business owners. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you visit our website or submit information through our forms.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide directly. When you submit our engagement application or contact form, we collect the information you choose to share — typically your name, business name, email address, phone number, business location, annual revenue range, EBITDA range, and any narrative you write about your operation.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, our hosting provider (Netlify, Inc.) automatically logs your IP address, browser type and version, referring page, pages visited, and timestamp of your visit. We may use this for security, performance monitoring, and aggregate analytics. We do not currently use third-party tracking pixels or advertising cookies.
Cookies. Our site uses essential cookies for session continuity and a small number of analytics cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser; some site functions may not work properly without them.
3. How we use information
We use information you submit to evaluate engagement fit, respond to your inquiry, and contact you about ThermaForge engagements. We use automatically collected information to operate, secure, and improve our website. We do not sell your information. We do not use your information to train external AI models.
4. Who we share information with
We share information with a limited set of service providers who help us operate the site and respond to inquiries:
- Netlify, Inc. — website hosting, form submission delivery, and access logs.
- Email service providers — to deliver form submissions and follow-up correspondence.
- Calendaring tools — only if you book a call directly through a scheduling link.
We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties. We may disclose information when required by law, in response to a valid legal request, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.
5. How long we retain information
We retain engagement applications and contact form submissions for up to seven (7) years for business records and tax purposes. Server access logs are retained per Netlify's defaults (typically 30 days). You can request earlier deletion by emailing the address in Section 9.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain uses. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of any "sale" or "share" of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under CCPA). Tennessee residents have rights under the Tennessee Information Protection Act once it applies to our business. To exercise any of these rights, email us using the contact information in Section 9.
7. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
Our services are not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
